Strong Expertise in Contract management, drafting and reviewing
Good experience of lease agreements, license agreements, concession agreements.
Strong proficiency with Retail agreements, contractual laws and corporate laws.
Good experience in revenue-sharing, joint-venture agreements, development contracts.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
