Whether you are just starting out as a new attorney or looking to change to a new law firm, we want to hear from you. We are a high-tech law firm that uses technology and looking to use the latest ideas in helping to represent clients.

Compensation:
$90,000 – $100,000 yearly plus bonus
Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients
Attend Meeting of Creditors for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13
Attend Court hearings
Communicate with clients
Communicate with the courts
Communicate with the trustees
Follow up with clients for documents
Review Petition and Schedules
Analyze clients’ financial situations
Provide Solutions to Clients
Prepare Motions and Briefs
Must be organized
Must have good communication skills
Must be willing to seek self-improvement
Must be willing to want a career in bankruptcy
Qualifications:
Successful completion of the bar exam
Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients
