Operating within an international investment framework, the company requires comprehensive legal oversight, effective risk management, and strong regulatory compliance to support its ongoing growth and development activities.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across the company's operations, including construction and development projects, contract management, corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and interactions with governmental authorities.
The role involves advising senior management on legal matters, supporting strategic projects and transactions, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The position requires close collaboration with senior management, investors, contractors, government authorities, external legal advisors, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal support across all company operations;
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts of varying complexity;
- Provide legal support for construction, development, investment, and infrastructure projects;
- Advise management on corporate, commercial, labour, civil, real estate, and construction law matters;
- Identify legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies;
- Represent the company in interactions with governmental authorities, contractors, suppliers, and business partners;
- Prepare legal opinions, official correspondence, and legal documentation;
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal corporate policies;
- Support corporate governance processes and maintain corporate documentation;
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and oversee litigation matters when required;
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on company operations;
- Develop and improve internal legal procedures, templates, and compliance controls.
Professional Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of legal experience;
- Experience as a Senior Legal Counsel or in a similar role;
- Mandatory experience in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale investment projects;
- Strong knowledge of Georgian corporate, commercial, labour, civil, real estate, and construction law;
- Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts;
- Experience working with governmental and regulatory authorities;
- Experience in legal risk management and resolution of complex legal matters;
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Candidates without experience in construction, development, infrastructure, or large-scale investment projects will not be considered.

- Georgian – Fluent;
- English – Fluent;
- Russian – Fluent.
