Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Lawyer at Clarence & Partners located in Bengaluru. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing ongoing legal support for corporations, facilitating investment, M&A, and debt deals, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.
