Job Purpose
To protect the company's legal interests through managing litigation cases, legal investigations, court procedures, and enforcement actions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle legal procedures before courts, police stations, and governmental authorities
- Draft lawsuits, legal memoranda, and related legal documents
- Attend court hearings, investigations, and legal proceedings on behalf of the company
- Follow up on legal complaints, reports, and ongoing cases
- Execute and monitor court judgments issued in favor of the company
- Conduct internal legal investigations when required
- Review and support the drafting of contracts and agreements
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates that may impact the business
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and legal procedures
- Previous experience in collection companies or banking sector is preferred
- Good knowledge of Civil Law
- Very good English language skills
- Very good Microsoft Office skills
