We are a thriving New Jersey-based law firm seeking a talented attorney with 8-15 years of experience in public sector employment and labor law. Our team is dedicated to serving municipalities, school boards, and other public entities with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Representing municipalities and boards of education in legal matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Handling public sector employment and labor law matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, arbitrations, and employment litigation.
Advising clients on policy development, statutory compliance, and risk management.
Managing a diverse caseload and fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in New Jersey.
8-15 years of relevant experience in public sector law, with a focus on municipalities and boards of education.
Strong knowledge of New Jersey public sector employment and labor laws.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
