Boutique style firm looking for litigation attorney. Chinese Mandarin speaking is highly desired. Attention to detail is a must! We have full-time, part-time, contract and of counsel work available. We are also looking for litigation paralegals. If you have drive and passion for law, you will do very well here.
Responsibilities:
– Draft/update pleadings
– Draft/update discovery
– Draft/update answers
– Communicate efficiently with clients and opposing counsel
– Communicate efficiently with office staff
– Must meet all deadlines
– Attend hearings
– Attend depositions
– Attend mediations
– Attend client meetings
– Maintain his/her schedule
Qualifications:
– Team player
– Must be able to multitask
– Must be able to prioritize
– Outstanding organizational skills
– Critical thinking/problem solver
– Independent worker
– Self-Starter
– Highly motivated
– Bilingual (huge plus)
– Detail Oriented
– Strong writing/proof-reading skills
Minimum of 3 year experience as a litigation attorney. Versatile attorney is a huge plus.
