SENIOR INFO TECH BUSINESS CONSULTANT / FX CONTRACT MANAGER Jobs in Tallahassee, FL at The State of Florida
Hasson Law Office, an immigration law firm located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced family-based immigration legal assistant/paralegal to join our team. We provide personalized immigration services to all our clients in a relaxed and collaborative work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions/applications, including USCIS forms such as I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131, N-400, I-751, I-821D, I-601/A Waivers, and handle Consular Processing with minimal attorney supervision.
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person to gather necessary supporting documents, provide case updates, and conduct initial client intake over the phone.
Organize and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, to support ongoing immigration activities on behalf of clients.
Input and update case information in databases and case management systems.
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in immigration law, supporting attorneys with nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions/applications.
Strong working knowledge of USCIS and DOS regulations, procedures, and protocols.
Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficient in computer use, including case management systems and office software.
Demonstrated punctuality, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.
Salary: $25-$40/hour depending on skills and years of experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
