To qualify for this role, you must have:
Admission to the Ontario Bar Must have 2+ years of experience in routine and complex matters before the IRCC, CBSA, all divisions of the IRB and the Federal Court Excellent knowledge of IRPA and of the Rules of the IRB and Federal Court and related case lawMain responsibilities include:
Developing and managing complex and/or litigious immigration applications before the CBSA, Federal Court, IRCCManagement of files from beginning to end including,Researching law, procedures and keeping track
Applications for Leave and for Judicial Review before the Federal Court of Canada;
Refugee Claims, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, Pre-Removal Risk Assessments, Appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division, Refugee Protection Division, Refugee Appeal Division What working with Mamann Sandaluk LLP offers:
