West Coast Trial Lawyers, a dynamic and rapidly growing Las Vegas-based Personal Injury law firm, is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented pre-litigation professional with a strong background in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Pre-Litigation cases from inception through settlement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both clients and the firm.
Key responsibilities
Verifying Insurance Coverage and Liability Details: Confirming insurance coverage, policy details, and liability to ensure proper handling of claims.
Negotiating Property Damage Claims: Negotiating property damage claims to secure fair and favorable outcomes for clients.
Coordinating Medical Treatment for Clients: Managing and coordinating medical treatment to ensure clients receive timely care throughout the claims process.
Preparing and Reviewing Demand Letters: Drafting and reviewing demand letters to present to opposing parties, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Communicating with Insurance Adjusters: Engaging with insurance adjusters daily to keep cases progressing smoothly and efficiently.
Providing Regular Client Updates: Keeping clients informed with daily updates and transparent communication on the status of their cases.
Overseeing Case Management: Managing all aspects of the case from start to finish, ensuring smooth and effective resolution.
Minimum experience and qualifications
Two years of experience managing personal injury cases is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Dependable, punctual, and highly professional
Exceptional customer service skills, as daily communication with clients is a key part of this role
Preferred experience and requirements
Familiarity with Filevine software is a plus
Work environment
In-Person: This is an in-office position located in Las Vegas, NV
