Your role will involve:
- Advisory on contracts, industrial relations and safety through to disputes, terminations and tribunal work, acting for a sophisticated client base across corporate Australia.
- Running contentious files end-to-end
- Engaging barristers and investigators
- Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team's BD effort
What you'll bring
- 4 to 8 years PQE with the bulk in employment law matters, ideally in private practice
