Seeking Administrative Assistant with a MINIMUM OF THREE (3) YEARS EXPERIENCE for a busy general law practice in Pinecrest. Must be skilled in general office duties and administration, have good organization skills, dependable, professional, detail oriented and positive attitude. A team player!
· Bilingual (English/Spanish). MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH with good grammar skills.
· Must be able to work with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
· Work with attorney daily.
· Manage client files.
· Prepare letters, memos, and invoices.
· Answer phone and take messages.
· Schedule appointments, maintain calendar and confirm appointments daily.
· Clerical Filing.
· Fast and accurate typing.
· Manage office supplies and vendor accounts.
