We’re looking for a dynamic litigator ready to take charge of bodily injury cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution. This is your chance to make a real impact with a firm that’s passionate about fighting for justice and winning big for its clients!
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
Proven trial experience with a strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Skilled in depositions, hearings, trial prep, and presenting PowerPoint presentations during mediations.
Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.
Strong courtroom presence and a competitive, decisive, and ambitious mindset.
Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
Salary & Benefits:
The base/draw pay range is $175,000 per year. The commission depends on case results and candidate team play. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. The candidate has the potential to make over $400, 000 but it will take hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
$100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
One week’s vacation after six months of employment, two weeks of vacation after one year of employment, and three weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
6 federal holidays off per year.
6 personal/sick days per year.
Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS option), basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
Dental and Vision are paid in full by the firm.
Discounted JCC membership.
Benefits are available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
