Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with ASC 606 and IAS standards.
Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize income streams.
Conduct thorough cost management analyses to identify opportunities for savings.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Lead treasury management activities, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
Proven experience in technical accounting, revenue management, and compliance management.
Strong knowledge of ASC 606, IAS regulations, and best practices in finance.
Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable processes and cost management techniques.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced Excel skills.
