Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review SEC filings, including Registration Statements
• Coordinate logistics for annual and special shareholder meetings
• Counsel on insider trading and trading window policies
• Evaluate compliance for Section 16 filings
• Create legal communications for Investor Relations and marketing
Requirements:
• J.D. degree with active bar membership in good standing
• 5‑8+ years in securities law at public companies or law firms
• Strong grasp of Securities Act and SEC rules
• Proficient written communication for clear stakeholder engagement
• Organized and able to manage tight deadlines
