Our North Miami litigation firm is seeking a skilled and motivated paralegal to join our dynamic team. We are a small but highly dedicated practice focusing on commercial litigation, family law, and probate litigation, offering valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review pleadings and discovery documents
Organize case files and maintain legal documentation
Communicate effectively with clients and other parties
Assist attorneys in case preparation and research
Qualifications:
1–3 years of legal experience preferred (recent grads with relevant internships may be considered)
Good research and writing skills
Ability to grasp complex issues
Ability to manage a caseload with supervision and accountability
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
