Our client, a global company that can trace its beginnings to the late 1800’s, is seeking an attorney to advise on a variety of issues related to their midstream operations. This Fortune 100 corporation has a diversified portfolio of businesses under their umbrella and is constantly seeking ways to further enhance their portfolio of innovative solutions to make the world a better place.
In this role, you will provide legal advice concerning transactions and projects related to the company’s midstream operations, including but not limited to, gathering and processing transactions, terminals, regulated transportation assets as well as other midstream assets.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years with an emphasis on midstream matters and an interest/willingness in being in Texas. Our client offers room for growth, a competitive compensation program, an excellent relocation package and a great work environment.
