You will be joining an established legal team which operates from a strong pedigree of internationally trained lawyers who hold significant influence over business / commercial outcomes in the organization.

Job Description
- This role will primarily support market focused / front office teams with on-going commercial / technology transaction focused deal work. You will play an integral role in negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
- The role will support the development and launch of new products through partnerships and new client acquisition. You will also support business teams with licensing requests as well as offering the latest commercial advice on regulatory landscapes across the ANZ market.
- You will also form part of the regional projects team which focuses on products and services across Asia.
- This role will work across various regulatory and compliance teams, supporting in areas such as data and governance.
Requirements
- 12 – 16 PQE
- Education and law firm credentials should be Tier 1
- Experience across an in-house environment seen as preferred and areas can be banking, payments, digital services such as e-commerce, technology and with exposure to regulation and regulatory bodies (essential)
- Due to the exposure of the role regionally, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required
