Job Description
Transactions: Lead lawyer on complex transactions for various commodities, these include Iron Ore and Lithium deals. You can expect fast changing landscapes, complex country platforms and layers of relationship / stakeholder management.
Projects: Global lead on commercial work, managing team members across multiple regions.
Compliance: Changing rules and regulations will form part of the day to day work.
Requirements
12 year +
Background in leading transactions across complex commodity backed deals – essential.
Strong stakeholder management skills with up to date examples for cross-border / difficult / complex parties.
Ability to manage local and regional / globally based team members.
Ability to work in a large scale MNC environment.
