Duties:
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate matters, including Securities Reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and Bank Regulatory work.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and provide unique perspectives on complex issues.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings.
Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of corporate legal experience, focusing on Securities Reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and Bank Regulatory work.
Excellent academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate legal advice clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues.
Commitment to teamwork and providing exceptional client service.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the State Bar in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, or Maine.
