Robert Half is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support a dynamic legal and business operations team at a leading organization. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to work cross-functionally with legal, sales, and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in commercial contracting, corporate compliance, and operational support.
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + benefits
Location: REMOTE
Hours: Monday-Friday; EST business hours
Key Responsibilities
- Support legal and sales teams with proposal submissions, customer due diligence, and onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Facilitate contract review, negotiation support, execution, and approvals by coordinating across internal stakeholders
- Manage global and domestic entity governance, including foreign qualifications, annual filings, resolutions, and compliance documentation
- Oversee the corporate insurance portfolio, including certificates of insurance and related requests
- Maintain and update contract templates, legal records, and document management systems
- Track contract lifecycle milestones, including renewals, expirations, and compliance obligations
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding contractual terms, onboarding requirements, and compliance matters
- Assist with SEC filings preparation, review, and submission
- Support compliance programs, internal audits, and policy updates
- Conduct legal research and due diligence as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk
- Provide support on special projects and cross-functional initiatives for legal leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, with strong background in commercial contracts and corporate compliance
- Experience supporting technology, consulting, or professional services organizations strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of contract terminology, legal workflows, and compliance processes
- Hands-on experience with entity management, insurance documentation, and onboarding processes
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, sales, and business teams
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
