Weinstein Legal Team is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Orlando office. This is a full-time, in-person position for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney who is passionate about litigation and client advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from litigation intake through trial
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
Work collaboratively with paralegals, case managers, and leadership to develop litigation strategies
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense preferred)
Applicants must provide legal writing samples with their application
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Courtroom and deposition experience required
Spanish fluency is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
