Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Attorney to join our successful firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and possess the skills necessary to support attorneys in various aspects of case management. This role requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Duties
Preparation and filing of legal documents related to personal injury cases.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources, including LexisNexis.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents as required.
Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up-to-date.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
Prepare trial materials and assist in trial preparation as needed.
Stay informed about changes in personal injury law, tribal law regulations, estate planning, family law, and workers’ compensation law to ensure compliance and effective representation.
Experience
Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a legal setting, particularly in personal injury law.
Familiarity with legal drafting techniques and procedures.

Strong writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Experience with litigation processes and case management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
