We are looking for Senior Corporate Lawyers to join 4 of our clients in Luxembourg.

Your missions and responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance
- Draft and review various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of industry regulations and changes in the legal landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks
- Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings when necessary
The perfect profile
- EU Law degree, LL.M or equivalent
- A strong level in English and French
- Between 4 and 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law, Private Equity
- Proven track record of handling complex legal matters independently
