We are looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join a Top Tier law firm based in Luxembourg.

Your missions and responsibilities
Lead legal advisory work on corporate matters including M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, and governance
Supervise the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts and corporate documentation
Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the corporate and financial sectors
Act as the main point of contact for key clients and support business development initiatives
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers while ensuring the highest quality of legal service delivery
The perfect profile
EU Law degree, LL.M or equivalent
Fluency in English and French is essential; German or any additional language is a strong asset
At least 6 years of experience in Corporate M&A Law, ideally within a top-tier international law firm
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex corporate transactions and client relationships
Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills
