Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain corporate records and director databases
• Draft organizational documents and resolutions
• Assist in loan closure and transaction documentation
• File annual returns in Canada and the U.S.
• Perform corporate searches and assist with compliance
Requirements:
• Law Clerk diploma from Ontario program
• Minimum of 7 years as corporate law clerk
• Experience with corporate registry filings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
