Core Responsibilities
Based in Hong Kong, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Governance and Legal Operations APAC, you will be a part of an inclusive lululemon APAC Legal Team and will be responsible for a broad variety of matters, including:
- Maintain corporate records (e.g. board minutes, resolutions, licenses, statutory filings) for APAC entities in internal platforms;
- Support new store openings and expansion projects, including board approvals, licensing and regulatory filings;
- Handle recurring corporate information requests (e.g. vendor onboarding, KYC) from stakeholders and external parties; Coordinate responses to interim and year-end audit requests;
- Assist with preparing board meetings documentation and resolutions, including financial statement approvals and AGM requirements;
- Conduct chop/seal audits and maintain compliance with chop control policies across APAC;
- Manage corporate updates (e.g. constitutional changes, director/secretary changes, registers, bank signatories);
- Support process improvements to enhance accessibility of corporate information and streamline governance workflows;
- Coordinate with external corporate secretarial firms on timely and compliant filings;
- Collaborate with stakeholders on corporate projects (e.g. capital injections, restructuring, entity changes);
- Circulate documents for execution in line with internal policies;
- Arrange notarisation and apostille of corporate documents as required;
- Manage billing from corporate secretarial service providers;
- Support other ad hoc corporate governance matters as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or corporate governance related disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience from inhouse or professional firms.
- HKICS, CGI or equivalent proessional membership is a plus
- Experience in handling entities in multiple jurisdictions is a plus
- Competent in corporate management plaftorm
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English and Chinese written and oral skills required.
- Good English and Mandarin written and oral skills required.

work arrangement
In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
