Responsibilities:
Mentor team members who will support you in your role
Collaborate within a small legal team, while working cross-functionally with other departments
Assist with state filings and annual reports to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Prepare and file various corporate documents
Draft and prepare corporate resolutions and minutes
Assist with real estate transactions and closings
Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of corporate paralegal experience
Extensive experience in corporate governance
Bachelor’s degree required
Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the real estate industry
Registered Paralegal certification
Prior mentorship or management experience
