Senior Corporate Counsel Jobs in Bangalore, Karnataka, India at Vahura
We are seeking to connect with lawyers with 8-11 years of PQE in  labor and   employment law and regulatory matters  for an inhouse role.
Candidates with experience working in labor & employment teams would be an ideal fit for this role and shall be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft memos on Â
regulatory compliance
 and legal matters.
Review and draft  employment policies, contracts, and agreements .
Advise on  workforce transitions, terminations, and
employee benefits
.
Facilitate contract negotiations to resolve  employment-related disputes .
Oversee  litigation strategy  and coordinate with external counsel.
Represent the organization in  legal and regulatory proceedings .
Conduct  internal training sessions  on employment law.
Requirements:
LLB Degree  with relevant experience in  labor and   employment and law .
PQE- 8-11 years of experience.
Please note that the  location  for this role is  optional  between  Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore .
