Role Description
The Senior Corporate Associate will play a key role in providing legal support to clients, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, advising on corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with corporate regulations. The role also involves extensive stakeholder communication and contributing to complex projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Corporate Law and a solid understanding of local and regional regulations
- Proficient Analytical Skills with the ability to assess legal documents and provide clear recommendations
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients and present complex legal concepts clearly
- Experience in conducting accurate and thorough Due Diligence processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site work environment
- Proven track record with corporate clients in Egypt
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); advanced qualifications preferred
- Full proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
