Our customer, a Software Development company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join its team. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will play a key role in drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial agreements across the business.
Duration: 3-6 Months
Location: Remote, US (Preference will be given to candidates located near Utah)
Engagement type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities-
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SOW, Vendor, and procurement contracts.
Create, maintain, and improve contract templates and playbooks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal preferred.
5+ years of experience in contract management.
Deep understanding of SaaS agreements and enterprise customer relationships.
Familiarity with data privacy, IP, and regulatory considerations in SaaS environments.
Proficiency with any CLM platforms.
Experience working in a high-growth, mid-sized SaaS company.
