We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Contract Drafting Specialist and Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic Legal Office team.
Position: Senior Contract Drafting Specialist / Corporate Lawyer
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities:
– Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and legal documents in English.
– Provide clear, concise, and timely legal advice on contract, corporate, and commercial law matters.
– Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and other third parties.
– Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
– 5+ years of work experience in law fields.
– Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
– Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law.
– Exceptional communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
– Ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms.
– Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
