We’re looking for a seasoned paralegal to join our team and support our mission of delivering justice for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury cases involving auto, trucking, and rideshare accidents.
Draft and manage legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Conduct thorough discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing trial binders.
Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.
Strong background in auto, trucking, and rideshare (Uber and Lyft) cases.
Extensive experience with discovery and trial preparation.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with legal research and case management software.
