Taylor Root have partnered with a top international law firm, who are looking for a Senior Conflicts Manager to join their office in Dubai.
This is an exciting role which will focus on delivering conflicts projects across the firm’s global offices.
The ideal profile:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (management and conflicts), preferably within legal.
- Compliance expert with deep technical and practical knowledge of legal conflicts of interest, commercial conflicts and client confidentiality, with some knowledge of Market Abuse Regs.
- Experience with Intapp Intake.
- Experience of policy work.
- Experience of people management, including supervision/management of large teams and experience devising and driving people initiatives (including around recruitment and development). The team is circa 7-8 so the manager must be comfortable managing a globally diverse team. People management experience is a must.
- Proven track record of delivering change and process improvements and generally commercial aware.
