Im supporting a leader in iGaming who is looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to support their Spanish operations (DGOJ).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret Spanish regulatory requirements and communicate updates internally.
- Support the delivery of compliance initiatives across the Spanish market.
- Liaise with the DGOJ, Spanish authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits.
- Prepare regulatory reports, responses, and documentation.
- Coordinate regulatory audits and inspections.
- Promote compliance awareness through training and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- 3–7 years’ compliance experience within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish regulated market.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Commercial mindset
