What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Drive Market & Federal Compliance Programs
Lead the execution of compliance activities across federal regulations and market rules, transforming complex requirements into consistent organizational practices.
Manage High‑Stakes Audits & Reviews
Direct responses to audits, investigations, and enforcement actions with accuracy, strategic alignment, and timely execution.
Embed Compliance Standards Across the Business
Collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure regulatory expectations are fully integrated into processes, policies, and operations.
Provide Meaningful Performance Insights
Define compliance KPIs, identify trends, and use analytics to guide strategic decisions.
Monitor and Interpret Market Rules
Stay ahead of evolving market structures and regulatory requirements, partnering with legal, operations, and strategy teams to ensure alignment.
Influence Risk‑Based Decision Making
Represent the compliance function in risk discussions, helping shape policies that proactively manage regulatory exposure.
Build Strong Regulatory & Internal Relationships
Maintain collaborative partnerships with regulators and internal stakeholders to anticipate rule changes and drive timely implementation of updates.

What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in the electric utility sector or related industries
- 5+ years of project or program management experience
Preferred Background
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Public Policy, or related discipline; advanced degree desirable
- 5+ years in energy markets, regulatory compliance, or utility operations
- Proven experience managing compliance activities with federal and market‑regulating agencies
Technical Expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal regulatory requirements and reporting obligations
- Familiarity with market rules, tariffs, and compliance frameworks
- Experience directing responses to federal audits and implementing corrective actions
- Strong understanding of data governance and regulatory data management
