Company Overview: A large insurance defense firm with 13 offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Paralegal with 2+ years of general liability experience for its Allentown, PA office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
Review, analyze, and summarize medical and business records, deposition transcripts, and other discovery documents.
Coordinate court/agency filings at the state and federal levels.
Qualifications:
PA experience is required. NJ, NY and/or CT is a plus.
Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Great attitude and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
Ability to see projects through to completion under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining high quality.
Discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency and savvy with technology.
A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate is required.
