Senior Compliance Analyst – Claims Jobs in California at Centene
Boutique family law firm in North Miami, Florida looking to hire a receptionist/law clerk to work 30 to 35 hours per week. Hours between 9am and 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones/field calls/take messages.
Open and organize mail and emails.
Organize and update client files, both physical and electronic files.
Schedule court hearings, mediations and client meetings.
Update calendar.
Keep clients updated with court dates and other case information.
E-File court documents.
Applicants should be organized, positive-minded and work well with others. Must be patient and friendly to coworkers and clients. This position is ideal for candidates seeking an entry-level position in a law firm.
English and Spanish preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
