Our client, a prominent and established firm in Downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Real Estate Department. Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Conduct due diligence searches using BC Online, PPSA and LTO.Prepare transactional and lending documents
Prepare reporting letter and closing books
Liaise with clients, outside counsel and 3rd parties related to transactions
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years in real estate, with at least two years of commercial real estate
Completion of a LAA or Paralegal certificate or diploma from an accredited institution
Effective communication
skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
Confident and dependable – strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year dependent on experience.
