This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex business disputes, working directly with clients and shareholders, and playing a meaningful role in sophisticated litigation from inception through trial and appeal.

What You’ll Do
You’ll independently manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters involving:
- Breach of contract disputes
- Business torts
- Corporate fiduciary disputes
- Commercial insurance coverage matters
- Complex business litigation
- Discovery
- Motion practice
- Depositions
- Hearings
- Mediations
- Trials
- Appeals
You’ll draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery while collaborating closely with partners and mentoring junior attorneys.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- 7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Active Texas Bar license
- Strong motion writing and legal research skills
- Experience managing litigation from beginning to end
- Significant deposition and hearing experience
- Trial preparation experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently
- Strong business judgment and professionalism
Experience involving shareholder disputes, business owner conflicts, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contract disputes, and sophisticated commercial matters is highly desirable.
