Position: Senior Commercial Counsel — SaaS, Data Licensing & Regs (Americas)
Numerator is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to own the Americas commercial transactions. You’ll negotiate SaaS and data-licensing agreements, draft complex documents, and manage a deal portfolio with strategic input from Sales, Product, and Finance.
You’ll use AI tools and Salesforce in daily workflows, mentor junior lawyers, and help scale templates and playbooks while staying aware of privacy regulations across the region.
