Elevate is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Attorney to
join our high-performing team
. We provide consulting, technology, and services to law departments and law firms, offering practical ways to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes.
Specifically, the Senior Commercial Attorney will
Lead on a wide range of client projects and complex matters profitably and to a consistently high standard.
Provide support to the Director of Legal Operations in the region as required.
Work effectively as part of a team, to build relationships quickly and to engage effectively with internal and external client stakeholders.
Help embed systems and processes within the team and ensure they are applied and followed to produce high quality output.
Demonstrate
leadership
and take personal responsibility for promoting and role modelling the firms’ values.
Develop colleagues by mentoring/coaching, reviewing performance and helping plan their development.
Help drive improvements in the team’s performance by monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed SLAs.
This Employment contract for a period of 6 months with potential to be extended.
Experience
Experience in Banking & Finance, Commercial Contracting, Real Estate within a law firm or in-house role.
