This is – or can be – a hybrid position for the right person
Law Practice – I need a very detailed person. I need a very reliable and trustworthy person. I need someone ready to step in and manage a very dynamic and stressful trial docket. Ideal candidate has litigation experience – you need to have working knowledge of discovery, motions, court settings – basically, I need you to manage my docket and do all aspects of litigation support.
My office is a team. We work together, but I am trying to find the one missing link. The one that can help me go to the next level. Year over year growth law firm. You will be responsible for managing my calendar, trial docket, and all aspects of prelitigation and litigation practice.
Law Office – personal injury, child custody and divorce, business disputes.
Self governed, spelling proficiency, professionalism and loyalty. These are required.
Lexis; practice management software; we use Windows – know how to utilize the suite of services; e file; phone system and general legal technology – be proficient.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
