Senior Clerk (District Attorney) Jobs in Ballston Spa, NY at Saratoga County
Looking for attorneys to join our busy insurance defense firm.
Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:
JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school
Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
Litigation experience in insurance defense preferred but not required
Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances and trial preparation.
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
Compensation commensurate with experience. Updated resume required to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
