Saeedian Law Group is a prestigious personal Injury law firm located in Beverly Hills. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and client focused Personal Injury Case Manager. The candidate will need a minimum of 2 years of experience managing pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. This is a high-impact, client-facing position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients. Upon hire and completion of training, case managers will be performing the following tasks:
- Case management
- Confirming coverages and liability
- Coordinating medical treatment
- Daily client communication
- Reviewing demand letters
- Negotiating property damage claims
- Interacting with adjusters daily
REQUIREMENTS
- 2- 10 Years of Personal Injury Case Management Experience
- Familiarity with California personal injury law, insurance coverage issues, and the pre-litigation process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Highly organized and proactive
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PREFERENCES
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of Filevine software
