We are working with a top-rated Personal Injury law firm in Orange County seeking senior Case Managers and Case Managers. You will advocate for plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, and rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft.
About the **
Manage a caseload of complex personal injury claims from Pre-Litigation through Demands.
Strategically work up cases by identifying all injuries, maximizing medical treatment, and building strong case narratives.
Identify and verify policy limits early in the case lifecycle and align case strategy to recover the highest value possible.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and support teams to proactively resolve obstacles and move cases forward efficiently.
What were looking *
Preferably experienced in a high-volume personal injury firm.
Strong understanding of medical treatment plans, accident injury documentation, and insurance coverage structures.
5+ years of personal injury case management experience, including extensive experience handling high-limit policy cases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Bilingual preferred
