Role – Senior Business Transactional Attorney
Lead high-value corporate law and M&A transactions for a diverse business clientele.
Develop and expand a transactional practice, targeting $1M+ in annual revenue through strong BD skills.
Build referral networks, ideally with large law firm lawyers, to drive business growth.
Provide leadership and management, potentially mentoring a business transactional associate.
Collaborate across practice groups to deliver full-service solutions for clients.
Requirements
✔️ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and licensed in Texas for 15+ years, in good standing
✔️ Substantial experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions
✔️ Strong reputation within the transactional community
✔️ Proven business development skills, capable of generating ~$1M annually
✔️ Referral network, ideally with large Texas law firm connections
✔️ Exceptional leadership and management abilities
