Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking Experienced Case Manager (Bilingual)

We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking a highly experienced Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a personal injury law office and be fully bilingual. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm.
Strong understanding of insurance coverages (BI, UM, UIM, PD, MedPay, etc.).
Experience preparing clients for recorded statements and EUOs (Examinations Under Oath).
Skilled in handling pre-litigation cases and communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients.
Ability to review and organize medical records, bills, and treatment summaries.
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) – must be able to communicate professionally in both languages.
Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Open and manage personal injury files from intake through settlement.
Prepare clients for recorded statements, EUOs, and medical visits.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and collect documentation.
Request and organize medical records, bills, and insurance policy information.
Track client treatment progress and prepare case summaries for demand.
Assist attorneys in preparing demand packages and settlement documents.
