About the **
Fragomen’s Senior Business Immigration Analyst position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact, with training, development, and long-term growth prospects. Key *
Develop knowledge of the firm, immigration case types, and client processes.
Perform case preparation and filing tasks, including document gathering, review, drafting, and submission to government agencies.
Communicate with foreign nationals and clients, providing timely updates on case status and inquiries.
Meet deadlines aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and report case progress and issues to supervisors.
Compile and analyze data within case management systems for reporting purposes.
Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and adherence to firm standards and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications and *
Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, paralegal certification, or relevant client service experience.
Minimum of two years’ experience in business immigration (e.g., paralegal).
Strong prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and escalate issues appropriately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in proofreading and drafting.
Experience with MS Word and Excel.
Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
