Job Opportunity:
Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our client, a leader in the premium insurance space. The ideal candidate will have first-class experience advising on private equity-backed or private M&A deals and be interested in transitioning into broking representations and warranties insurance.
The business operates globally in the premium insurance sector (covering deals from £50m to over £10bn), advising prominent private equity funds, buyers, and sellers on procurement and placement of representation and warranties insurance policies.
Key Requirements
Solid background as a Corporate Attorney from a recognised law firm
Knowledge of risks associated with M&A transactions
